Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and Hertfordshire Futures' skills portal HOP are hosting an exciting careers fair to highlight different job sectors and opportunities open to young people in Welwyn and Hatfield areas now and in the near future: and give young people an opportunity to meet employers.

This event operates a Twilight session from 3.30pm to 5.00pm and any local school or Oaklands college students are welcome to attend to meet with local employers and learn about the many career opportunities available.

Parents/Carers are also more than welcome to accompany their child. Attending this event will:

• Help young people gain meaningful encounters with employers

• Highlight to young people about a variety of local jobs and industries

• Inform students about the varied routes into work
