You may be eligible for funding towards our professional training courses. Some courses offer an advanced learner loan. Alternatively, learners may meet the criteria for the Adult Education Budget and be able to receive full course funding.

 

Why Us?

We’re really proud that in November 2017, Ofsted confirmed that our apprenticeships have been rated Good.  Hart L&D are also the proud owners of the only Outstanding traineeship provision in general further education.

The apprenticeship programme has really worked for us. The apprentices hit the ground running and have been able to make a real impact in terms of supporting the rest of the team. The apprentices have brought new blood into the company and taking on someone at the start of their career has allowed us to mould them into the employees we want
