On the course students will study and learn about many aspects in Cake Decoration and Sugarcraft in a step by step process, thereby building their personal skills. As well as Health, Safety and Hygiene, and Design, different media appropriate for level 1 will be used and explored, including Royal Icing, Sugarpaste, Marzipan, Pastillage, and Flowers.
