Employment Support Services
Step2Skills offers a range of employment support services, including the UK Government-funded Connect to Work Supported Employment programme.
We may be able to help you find work if you are:
• Aged 18 or over
• With a disability, a health condition or barriers to getting work
• In work but struggling to progress or maintain employment
Our experienced Employment Advisors will work with you on a 1:1 basis to create a personalised plan to help you find a job.
Adult Learning - Accredited Qualifications and non-accredited courses
Step2Skills offer a wide variety of courses for Hertfordshire residents aged 19+.
Our offer includes accredited learning for those that would like to gain a qualification and short non-accredited courses and workshops.

• English Functional Skills qualifications
• English for speakers of other languages (ESOL)
• Digital skills
• Employability and work skills
• Skills Bootcamps
Support for Employers
The Connect to Work programme gives employers the chance to start or strengthen their disability/inclusion strategies with guidance from Supported Employment specialists. Delivered locally by Step2Skills, this free programme helps create more accessible workplaces by supporting disabled people, those with health conditions, and others facing complex barriers to employment.
