Apprenticeship, graduate and work experience programmes

 

At BAM we offer a wide range of apprenticeship programmes from Level 2 through to Level 6 (Degree). Some of our apprenticeship programmes include: Digital Engineering, IT, Laboratory Technician, Facilities Management, Groundwork, Electrical, Catering and Business Administration.

Our largest Apprenticeship programme is our Technical Apprenticeship in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity surveying. Apprentices following this pathway, work towards their HNC and Degree through Leeds College of Building. Our apprentices from across the UK come together in Leeds for 9 weeks each year for their college programme (accommodation, travel and meals are provided) they then work on one of our projects throughout the UK.

Our Graduate and Undergraduate programmes are open to individuals who are working towards a Construction related degree. We offer Summer placements, year in industry and Graduate roles in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and Civil Engineering. As part of our programme, all of our Graduates are supported towards Chartership in their chosen discipline.
