Universal Pixels (UP) is an award-winning provider of cutting-edge video solutions, specialising in LED screens to the Music, Arts, and TV & Film sectors. We are passionate about supporting Early Careers and exposing more people to the exciting pathways available in the industry.

Employer Overview

Universal Pixels employs over 30 people, based at our HQ in Tring. We come together to deliver cutting-edge LED screens, customised to each production, that elevate live performances whether for intimate theatre venues or massive stadium tours. 

In 2021, Universal Pixels embarked on an exciting journey towards achieving B Corp certification, aligning our business practices with sustainability and social responsibility.We’ve already made key improvements, such as introducing an electric car scheme and adjusting employee benefits to prioritise well-being from day one. These changes reflect our dedication to creating a positive workplace culture while driving environmental responsibility.

The B Corp journey has also challenged us to rethink long-standing practices and find innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint, especially in logistics. While we face hurdles, such as gather-ing detailed data and managing air freight, our commitment remains strong, and we’re constantly evolving our strategy to overcome these challenges.

We offer internships of various lengths to enable early careers talent to gain experience across a range of departments, rotating through departments and gaining exposure to roles including Ware-house Technician, Technical Specialist and Project Manager.

Industry Placements

We are pleased to offer industry placements in partnership with local colleges to support the de-velopment of T-level students through attainment of their placement hours.
