The Gatsby Benchmarks came about in 2013 when research was undertaken on what pragmatic actions could improve career guidance in England and the result was the Good Career Guidance Benchmarks. The Benchmarks are based on international best practices and are challenging but achievable.
WHY IS CAREERS GUIDANCE SO IMPORTANT?
