Work experience is evolving. We’re on the cusp of a major shift, driven by the Government’s ambition to ensure every young person gains at least 10 days of meaningful workplace experiences during secondary school. These experiences can take many forms—from a two-hour workplace tour to a one-day project or a multi-day group placement—but each has the power to spark ambition and help a young person think: “I belong here. I could do this. I might be brilliant at this.”
