TEACHER CPD WORKSHOP – UNDERSTANDING MODERN RECRUITMENT AND APPLICATION PROCESSES
Following feedback from Head Teachers and Careers Leaders we are delighted to be delivering a Free Teacher CPD Workshop led by some of our leading employers who will be able to help guide you through modern application and recruitment processes
The workshops will provide teachers (particularly those who regularly work with Year 11 – 13 students) an employers perspective about what they look for when recruiting young people, how teachers can best prepare their students and increase knowledge of the different pathways available. Even if you don’t think any of your students want to work for the companies, or in the industries represented, you will gain invaluable insights into the apprenticeship and graduate recruitment processes.
Hertfordshire Careers Hub have delivered four other Teacher Encounter Workshops since Summer 2023. One session was described by an experienced attending teacher as ‘the best CPD I have ever taken part in’.
