CONNECT 2 CARE IS THE MARKET LEADING EXPERT TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIP PROVIDER FOR THE UK’S ADULT HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE & EARLY YEARS CARE SECTORS.

School leavers In Hertfordshire alone we have over 400 employers who are always keen to hear from School leavers looking to begin their career path into the Care sector. As well as Carers we also have apprenticeships available for Management roles, Kitchens & back of house as well as Front of House Supervision & Team Leading.

Apprenticeships: We deliver a full suite of over Adult Health & Social care at L2, L3 & L4 as well as generic programmes.

Higher Education: We deliver L5 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care.

Adult learners and Professional Qualifications: Apprenticeships are for the ages of 16 years to 96. We also offer over twenty short courses applicable to the Care industry

Support for Employers: We partner with some of the largest employers Nationally, such as B&M Care, Hallmark, Signature Care, Barchester Healthcare & many independent establishments.
