We offer accredited qualifications which help unlock the potential in your employees, supporting them to progress within your business.
Hart Ignite: Our Hart Ignite courses are shorter courses to help you into employment for the first time or if you are returning from a longer break. We offer our courses over 3 weeks where you have the opportunity to build your confidence, understand the job market, develop your interview techniques and enhance your CV.
Hart Boost: Our Hart Boost courses are short intensive courses for those who have recently found themselves unemployed and need assistance to apply for jobs and get back into work. We offer our courses over 1 week where you improve your interview skills, draft CVs and complete job applications. This is all done online in a virtual classroom setting led by a tutor and with independent study.
Hart Bounceback: Our Hart Bounceback courses have been specifically designed to help you if you have recently been made redundant or have only been out of work for a short period of time. We offer our courses over 2 weeks to enable learners to apply for and have the necessary skills to re-enter employment. We provide real support and a level 2 qualification, through face-to-face sessions in socially-distanced classroom with our expert staff, alongside independent study.
Hart Online: Our online courses are ideal for those in low paid jobs or those that are unemployed looking to increase their knowledge in specific areas to enable them to develop or restart their career. These courses allow learners to enhance their skills and gain new skills that are specific to job types. Courses are fully funded, delivered fully online with weekly tutor support and last up to 12 weeks.

WHY US?
We’re really proud that in November 2017, Ofsted confirmed that our apprenticeships have been rated Good. Hart L&D are also the proud owners of the only Outstanding traineeship provision in general further education.
Our apprentices have the ability to ask why and challenge the way we do things.. many of our apprentices have progressed and it is not unusual for a past apprentice to now be a supervisor for the current ones
Laura Taylor
Programme Manager Hertfordshire County CouncilThe apprenticeship programme has really worked for us. The apprentices hit the ground running and have been able to make a real impact in terms of supporting the rest of the team. The apprentices have brought new blood into the company and taking on someone at the start of their career has allowed us to mould them into the employees we want
