APPRENTICESHIPS
We offer a full suite of Hospitality apprenticeships, from Hospitality Team Member, Production Chef and Commis Chef at level 2, to Hospitality Supervisor, Senior Production Chef and Chef de Partie at level 3, we also offer Hospitality manager at level 4 and Operational Departmental Manager at level 5. Outside of hospitality we also offer Business Administrator and Team Leader Supervisor all at level 3. All of our apprenticeships are tailored to the apprentice and to the employer. They can be delivered one to one, as a group, or in some circumstances remotely. All our apprenticeships are designed with quality of learning at the top of the agenda and are delivered by industry professionals with lots of experience to share.

The Directors at PLG all started their career within the hospitality industry and having been apprentices ourselves in the past, we are all very proud to spend our careers helping the next generation of apprentices within the hospitality industry to grow, develop and achieve their personal ambitions and dreams.
