KEY PROVISIONS
School leavers: Supporting school leavers with free and impartial careers advice. Helping with CV’s, interview techniques, work etiquette and communication skills. These are vital skills required by employers but often overlooked by schools and other services. You can be a great IT Technician, Software Developer or Accountant but understanding some of the softer skills will ensure you become Outstanding in your chosen field!
Apprenticeships: Solveway’s core business is apprenticeships and we are 100% focused on delivering the best apprenticeships possible for you. Working with apprentices aged between 16 – 60 we offer an individualised learning programme that suites your unique needs and skills. Flexible learning, including classroom and remote training provides and modern and traditional education training programme. We’re not afraid to use the latest technology to ensure we impart the skills you need to succeed in the workplace. Regular reviews on your progression are key, these are conducted face to face and via Microsoft Teams. Whether you’re just starting your career, looking for new direction or want to gain an officially recognised qualification for the work you already do, give Solveway a call.
Support for Employers: Our client list is as varied as our apprenticeships. Working with Multi-Nationals, SME’s and Start-ups, Solveway has the experience to support your organisation. We hold Government contracts for both levy and non-levy employers. Our team of experienced professionals will be able to guide you through the 20% Off the Job, Co-Contribution payments and Government guidelines.
