What funding is available, and who can apply?

To apply, employers must be based in Hertfordshire and be either a micro-sized business (with 1-9 employed staff) or a medium-sized business (with 10-249 employed staff). The funding allocation depends on the size of the business, and employers can apply for funding to train one or more staff members. Applications close on 31st May (While funding is still available.) 

What is the application process?

To apply for funding, please get in touch via our Enquiry Form. Our dedicated Retrofit Skills Advisers will then guide you through the grant scheme and application process, and can provide information on local and national training courses and providers.

Successful applicants will receive notification from Hertfordshire LEP within 4 weeks of application. The grant is then paid upon submission of the invoice(s) from an accredited training provider. Applicants will be assigned a LEP account manager who will keep you up to date with the progress of your application and support with any questions you may have.
